Project Communication:
Timely and clear communication is required to ensure smooth project progress. DesignsBurner reserves the right to pause or cancel projects if communication becomes unresponsive, unclear, or disruptive.

Prohibited Use:
You may not request illegal, offensive, discriminatory, or copyrighted content that violates intellectual property laws.

How We Use Your Information

3. Client Content & Ownership

Your Content:
You retain ownership of any materials (references, text, logos, etc.) you provide, and you confirm that you have legal rights to share them.

DesignsBurner Content:
All designs created by DesignsBurner are original. After full payment, you receive the rights to use the final delivered designs for your business. DesignsBurner retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio or social media unless agreed otherwise in writing.

How We Use Your Information

4. Intellectual Property

Rights to Use:
All preliminary concepts, unused drafts, sketches, and explorations remain the intellectual property of DesignsBurner.
Only the final approved and paid files become your commercial property.

Restrictions:
You may not resell, redistribute, or use any unfinished designs publicly. Templates or stock resale is not permitted without explicit written permission.

5. Project Cancellation & Termination

DesignsBurner may cancel a project at any stage if the client violates these Terms, displays inappropriate behavior, or becomes unresponsive.
Clients may also request cancellation; however, all completed work will be billed and is non-refundable.

Service Nature:
All services are provided on a per-project basis. While we ensure high-quality results, we do not guarantee specific business performance or outcomes.

Revision Policy:
Each project includes a predefined number of revisions. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

DesignsBurner is not responsible for indirect or incidental damages, including lost profits, delayed responses, missed opportunities, or misuse of delivered designs.

These Terms may be updated periodically to reflect changes in our services. Updates will be posted with a revised date, and continued use of our services signifies acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Logo Pricing & Branding Add-Ons

DesignsBurner now offers fixed prices on selected logo marks available on our platforms. Please note:

The listed prices apply only to the logo mark.
Brand identity, branding systems, guidelines, typography selection, color palettes, social media kits, and all additional brand assets are charged separately.
Full branding packages have different pricing depending on project scope.
