1. Acceptance of Terms

By using DesignsBurner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. These Terms apply to all clients, visitors, and anyone who engages with our services.

2. Use of Services

To maintain clarity and professionalism in every collaboration, we expect clients to adhere to the following conditions:

Eligibility: Our services are available to individuals aged 18 and above. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use our services.

Project Communication: Once a project begins, all communication must be clear and timely to ensure smooth progress. DesignsBurner reserves the right to pause or cancel projects if communication becomes unresponsive or disruptive.

Prohibited Use: You may not use our services for illegal purposes, nor may you request content that is offensive, discriminatory, or violates intellectual property laws.

3. Client Content & Ownership

Your Content: You retain ownership of any materials (logos, references, text, etc.) you provide for your project. You confirm that you have the legal rights to use and share these materials with us.

DesignsBurner Content: All design work created by DesignsBurner is original and customized for you. Upon full payment, you will receive the rights to use the final delivered designs for your business. DesignsBurner retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio or on social media, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

4. Intellectual Property

Rights to Use: All preliminary concepts, unused drafts, or design explorations remain the intellectual property of DesignsBurner. Final files delivered after payment become your property for commercial use.

Restrictions: You may not resell or redistribute our work as templates or stock without explicit permission. You may not claim unfinished concepts as your own or use them in public materials.

5. Project Cancellation & Termination

DesignsBurner reserves the right to cancel a project at any stage if the client violates these Terms, displays inappropriate behavior, or becomes unresponsive for an extended period. Similarly, a client may request cancellation, but in such cases, any completed work will be billed accordingly and is non-refundable.

6. Disclaimers

Service Nature: All design services are provided on a project basis, as-is. While we strive for high-quality results, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes or metrics as a result of our design work.

Revision Policy: Each project includes a set number of revisions as agreed upon before starting. Excess revisions may incur additional charges.

7. Limitation of Liability

DesignsBurner shall not be liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use or misuse of our design services. This includes, but is not limited to, lost profits, lost business opportunities, or delays due to client-side feedback issues or late responses.

8. Updates to Terms

These Terms may be updated occasionally to reflect changes in our services or business model. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes agreement to the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be handled under local jurisdiction unless agreed otherwise.
